Esther is a food technologist and making Gouda cheese is her profession. She has worked in the food industry and came to her passion through various wanderings: making Gouda cheese and teaching others how to make Gouda cheese professionally.
Esther can passionately tell you everything about the cheese making process and enjoys doing this during workshops, consultancy, trainings and lessons in schools. She does this as a trainer, advisor, and teacher. She enjoys working with different groups, ranging from farmers, cheese makers, private individuals and school classes who will be trained in cheese making. Furthermore, she works both in the Netherlands and abroad.
Esther loves working with people and teaching them everything about the process of making Gouda Cheese. She does this by explaining both the theoretical and practical parts.
She is passionate about NGOs and enjoys working together to make the world a bit more beautiful.
